Salome is very experienced working in highly pressurised private equity funded environments and supported with the transition of multiple acquisitions. This has included the implementation of operating systems (including Coldharbour, Staffplan Access People Planner, Care Planning and Care Compliance) across a range of brands, locations and service provision types, including configuration and set up, migration of data from current systems, training for all levels of employee, development of operating procedures, quality support and auditing.

Salome has also provided Quality and compliance support including writing policies and procedures, auditing branches and locations for CQC compliance, management of health and safety, GDPR and operational support with complaints, safeguarding and incident investigation management.
